What are you giving away?

We're giving away a Website valued at $1000. It includes a 3-page Website developed by Patrick LaJuett through his Stamina Web CMS service. Plus, it includes one year of free hosting with easy to use content management system (retail price of up to $600/year). The end result will be professional site that a business can manage themselves with easy-to-use interface.

The following terms and guidelines are applied to ALL submissions. There will be NO exceptions.

  1. Applications must be submitted with true and verifiable information.
  2. Contest applications are open to small business located in New York State.  Web stores will not be considered.
  3. Entries must be for companies without a current Website.  Contest IS NOT open to businesses who already have an existing Website.
  4. Applicants may be contacted by phone or email to verify application details, or to request additional information. We cannot be held liable if we are unable to reach applicant for verification prior to the closing of the contest period
  5. Contest periods vary and the current contest period will be posted on the home page of the NY Biz List
  6. All applications are discarded after each posted contest period. You must reapply for each specific contest period, and/or amount as posted.
  7. Contests shall be awarded only for the specific contest period.
  8. No information regarding contest applications will be given to anyone, other than the panel that selects the final applications for contest awards. All information submitted is considered confidential and will not be used for any purpose other than this contest competition. No information, including email addresses, will be shared with any third parties for any reason.
  9. Contest periods end at 12 midnight EST, the night of the posted date. Applications that arrive after this time, will be automatically entered in the next contest competition
  10. Decisions made by the NYBizList.com selection panel are final.
  11. Contest recipients will be notified within 14 days after the posted closing date. Only the winner will be notified prior to the public announcement via website & newsletters. Also - we will NOT give anyone a "status" on their contest application.
